Since February 2020, I have helped brands take their live events into the virtual space. NetApp INSIGHT EMEA was one of the first physical events to pivot to virtual in the tech industry. My responsibilities included: UX mapping, creation of brand assets for platform and broadcast, and messaging continuity across multiple content channels.
